This Privacy Policy describes how the LUMIO mobile application ("App"), developed by BioLumina (a SinoTechUSA Company), handles information when you use our App.
Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information. The LUMIO app does not require account creation, login, or any form of user registration.
The App does not collect, transmit, or store: your name, email address, location data, device identifiers, usage analytics, crash reports, or any other personal data.
Bluetooth Usage
LUMIO uses your device's Bluetooth capability solely to discover and communicate with your LUMIO-compatible LED lighting controller (SP110E and compatible devices).
Bluetooth is used exclusively for direct device-to-device communication. No Bluetooth data is transmitted to any server, third party, or external service. All communication remains local between your phone and your LED controller.
Data Storage
The App stores a small amount of data locally on your device, including your saved favorite lighting presets and the last-used device name. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to BioLumina or any third party.
Third-Party Services
LUMIO does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No data is shared with any third parties.
Children's Privacy
LUMIO is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
